After School Science Discovery Program

"e" inc, is excited to be offering a new after school program for 2027! Modeled after our popular summer camps, this program aims to create a unique after-school experience for young scientists by taking our existing Planet Protectors program and offering it at our home base for 10-week modules.

Planet Protectors is an “e” inc. program is held once a week providing science and action lessons. Learners of all ages love the hands-on nature of the “e” inc. programming, with new ideas and hands-on activities provided in every lesson. Whether they are managing lights in their classroom or picking up litter outside, students gain pride in their efforts to help the Earth.

Sample activities include:

  • Investigations like making pinwheels to explore wind energy.
  • Experiments like using lamps to represent the sun and then experiment with the shift from very hot to very cold planets based upon the distance from the sun.
  • Art Projects like making a mural of ocean zones to learn about ocean animals.
  • Games like playing a food-chain      card game.

2027 Offerings Are

  • Session 1 (January 6 - March 17): Funky Fungi and Friends- All About Decomposers
  • Session 2 (March 31 - June 9): Rainforests
